Ok

Looks nice on.. for a bit and then the 3 chains get tangle and twisted around each other so they don’t lay flat and nice. One of the chains links came apart and in order to get a replacement sent to me I have to place another order and add something to my cart to get the necklace replacement added.

Hi Jill, thank you for your honest review. The chains are quite dainty, so they can break if accidentally tugged, which is considered normal wear and tear. However, we still offered you a replacement piece with your future order, as that’s the best we can do.
